How can I pay for my order?

All gifts can be paid for with a credit card via Pay Pal. You do not need a Pay Pal account to place an order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. You can select to include gift wrapping for all our keepsake and gift box ranges for an additional cost of $5.95 per order. Please add gift wrapping to you order along with a brief message for the gift tag. You only need to select gift wrapping once per order, therefore if you purchase more than one item, gift wrapping covers the whole order.

How much is delivery?

Delivery charges are dependent on location. The delivery amount will be visible on check out. There are usually a number of options to select so please ensure you select the most appropriate for your requirements. 

How long does it take to deliver?

Delivery times are dependent on the location the gift is being sent to. In most cases delivery is made within 2-7 business days from dispatch date. Please see the delivery tab for further details.

How do I track my order?

All deliveries made via Australia Post Parcel/Satchel service or other courier services can be tracked by logging onto the specific web site and entering the consignment/tracking number. Details of which postal carrier has been used will be given on check out. Please note there is no tracking on jewellery postage if you select this option.

Can I pick up my order?

Currently Precious Pods is an online store and at this stage we do not offer pick up of gifts. On occasions we do open to the public for pickup of goods, however this is at the discretion of Precious Pods and prior arrangement must be made. Please only select the Pick Up option if you have made prior arrangements, orders which have not made arrangements will be invocied for the appropriate postage service for the gifts purchased.

My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If your order does not arrive within 7 working days, please allow an extra business day prior to contacting us. If, after this, the parcel has still not arrived please email Precious Pods immediately, stating the consignment number as well as your invoice number so we can follow this up promptly.

Can I return gifts?

Precious Pods prides itself on ensuring all gifts are sent out free from defects. Should your gift be damaged please ensure all tags remain and the items remain unused. Contact Precious Pods immediately so we can arrange replacement options - we are only happy if you are!
